Todd has more than twenty years’ experience in the AEC industry and holds a bachelor’s in civil engineering and a MBA. Todd has conducted MicroStation and InRoads training classes since 1993 for several DOTs, US Army Corps of Engineers and private consultants. He has also developed custom training courses and workflow guides for the both MicroStation and InRoads software. He developed CAD Productivity’s basic MicroStation V8 course as well as its V8 Update course. He has also developed custom MicroStation V8 and InRoads V8 training courses for both Oklahoma DOT and Colorado DOT, and conducted this training for hundreds of students at these agencies. Todd was previously the quality leadership program administrator for Lockwood Greene Engineers’ Nashville office while also serving as manager of project controls. Todd has initiated quality improvement efforts in the specific areas of CAD personnel development and training. His experience includes developing quality-training plans and procedures for project managers, engineers and designers. Todd’s skills emphasize MicroStation and InRoads training as well as custom training development and documentation, including CAD training for managers.

Sam holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a masters of business administration and has more than twenty years’ civil engineering software training and consulting experience. Sam has been teaching InRoads training classes since the introduction of the software in 1989, and taught the predecessor products (Engineering Site Package and Transportation Design Package) prior to the release of InRoads. He began conducting MicroStation training in 1996. Sam has developed custom on-line InRoads workflow guides and written DOT Design Standards Manuals. He has conducted training classes for 20+ Departments of Transportation as well as numerous private engineering firms. In addition, Sam has developed customized InRoads training manuals and provided software implementation consulting. Recently, Sam developed custom InRoads training courses for Colorado DOT, including a basic roadway design class and an advanced roadway modeling class incorporating CDOT standards and workflows. Sam then provided this training to hundreds of CDOT’s engineers and designers. Prior to joining CAD Productivity, Sam was a senior application specialist for Intergraph’s southeast region, where he was involved in both pre- and post-sales efforts for the InRoads Suite of software.
